2023 Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested on October 2023 and yielded 6 tons of fruit.  The 2023 season saw consecutive warm days throughout the months of August, September and October 2023.

The hillside elevation of 1,406 Ft. above the Valley floor and volcanic rocky soil conditions give the Cabernet a deep garnet coloring, deep fruit complexities, velvety chocolate and earthy flavors with an elegant finish.  The wine should pair nicely with Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken, and Fish dishes.
