Our grapes were first planted in April 2013. Our vineyard grows 100% Cabernet Sauvignon on 2.25 Acres. The hillside elevation of 1,406 Ft. above the Valley floor and volcanic rocky soil conditions give the Cabernet a deep garnet coloring, deep fruit complexities, velvety chocolate and earthy flavors with an elegant finish. The wine pairs nicely with Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken, and Fish dishes.
